Not always. Some projects need the full process and others jump in at Shape or Support. We'll work out what makes sense for you at the start.
As much as you'd like. We'll need you at the key moments, like the first chat, reacting to ideas and signing off. Beyond that, we'll take care of it.
It depends on what's involved. A small project can take a few weeks, and a full brand and website is more like a couple of months. You'll get a clear timeline before we start.
